What are the benefits of having your pre-close signals as opposed to your After-Close Signals?

The advantages of receiving pre-close signals: On May 17, 2004, our system generated a "Long" signal for the QQQ. Our pre-close subscribers had access to this signal on the same day at 3:05 PM EST, and our email alert was sent out at 3:10 PM EST. Subscribers, who received our signal on May 17, were in a position to buy QQQ shares anywhere from 0.5 - 1.2% cheaper than our after-close signals subscribers. After-close signal subscribers were only able to enter the trade the following day - on May 18, when QQQ were already trading at higher prices. This particular example is illustrated below:
